The swivel prevents the leash from getting tangled, as it rotates with every movement. The ClicLock closure replaces the center plate on this model and ensures quick and easy fitting of the collar. In addition, all links of the collar are rounded to eliminate any risk of injury.
Please note that the use of the prong collar is recommended exclusively on a leash and during training. It is not suitable for off-leash activities, transport, or similar applications.

The neck circumference you measured wouwould be too small, as the specified chain length corresponds to the outer circumference of the prong collar.
Choke collars or prong collars consist of individual, inward-facing links. These are rounded so as not to pose a risk of injury and are used to set impulses to correct unwanted behavior.
