With the stainless steel chain collar, your four-legged friend is ready for any adventure. The robust material withstands wind and weather during long walks and training sessions and is also ideal for water rats. Thanks to the SPRENGER hook, the chain is very easy to put on without being pulled over the head and can be individually adjusted - also ideal for growing young dogs. The long chain links are particularly fur-friendly and reduce hair breakage on long and fine fur.
The dog collars made of 3 mm thick stainless steel are more durable, safer and easier to care for than conventional collars made of nylon or leather. They also look absolutely chic on any length of coat!
Not sure which wire gauge is right for your four-legged friend? Chain collars with 3 mm strength are particularly suitable for medium-sized dogs, such as Dalmatians, Dobermans, Beagles, Australian Shepherds and Labrador Retrievers.
For the quality stainless steel black, a galvanic process is used to blacken the surface of the material, then polished. Since it’s not a permanent coating, an attractive antique finish will result from friction during use.
We therefore recommend that dogs with very light or white coats use a chain made of CUROGAN to reduce the risk of coat discoloration.
