Customers ordering within Germany can return products to us free of charge within 60 days.

If your delivery address is outside Germany, you also have 60 days to send the products back to us. In this case, however, we don't cover the return shipping costs.

You can't exchange your product in the traditional sense. You can send your ordered products back to us within 60 days.

You can then order the correct size and so on, and we'll refund your money as soon as we've received your return.

We deliver your new gear quickly and safely, right to your door. Within Germany, shipping costs €5.99 – and once your order reaches €50.00, delivery is free.

For our customers elsewhere in Europe, shipping costs €14.99, and we cover the shipping costs on orders over €80.00.

To choose the right chain collar, you should know your dog's weight in addition to their neck size.

Knowing the weight helps you find the right wire gauge. If your chain doesn't quite fit in length, you can adjust it by removing or adding individual links. Just make sure the number of links on each side of the center plate stays roughly equal.

Depending on which type of dog sport you and your dog enjoy, a different leash is needed.

While dog sports like agility or obedience call for a special agility leash with quick-release, or a short 1m leash that can easily be tucked into your pocket; a 5, 10, or 15-meter tracking leash is better suited to sports like mantrailing, in the hunting dog field for tracking wounded game, or for scent work.

For everyday walks, a 3-times adjustable leash has proven itself, as it can be clipped at three different lengths depending on your needs. You can also clip this leash onto a collar or harness as needed.

In general, a mild soap or dish detergent is enough to clean a chain collar. The material doesn't make a big difference here.

For stainless steel or CUROGAN chains, we recommend using a special metal polish after some time, such as Diamond Paste by SPRENGER.
